Sessions like these. I think we lose our voices sometimes, we forget our purpose or our goals. Sessions like these bring me back. When I meet beautiful women who have strength in everything they do, how they move their hands and the way they look at what is around them, in front of them. Lucille reminds me that we as women have to constantly adjust to what the world says is beauty, we have to forever find ways to make ourselves fit into that idea. Lucille embodies a contradiction to this I think, I think when we are unapologetically here, we are most stunning. Lucille is here, right here in these photos, when you meet her, when she speaks and moves, it is an all encompassing, probably unknowing confidence. She radiates and she shares it. Almost as if when you are with her you become stronger, more beautiful, more radiant. It's a gift. Always overly grateful to encounter such strength in people.
